For members that have not added their email address when they registered, they can't retrieve their username and password for themselves. An administrative member with the Register Admin security level must go to the Membership Info tab of that members profile to manually add a username and password for the member.
For members that have added their email address when they registered, they can retrieve their username and password for themselves. On the login page of the club website, the member can use the Forgot your User Name? and the Forgot your Password? links to have the system send a message to their email address with their username and/or a link to update their password. The user should follow the on screen instructions and the instructions in the email to complete this task. Members using the same email address will be asked which member they are from a list of the members using that same email address. (Note: only members whose status is active can retrieve their own user name and password.
After a member has logged into the club website, they can go to the Membership Info tab of their profile and change the user name and password.
