Stayner Curling Centre Refund Policy *
No refunds will be given to :
- Learn to Curl requests.
- Locker return requests.
- Participants within the Youth Curling League.
All requests for refund must be based on medical condition preventing the registrant from curling the remainder of the season. (Proof of same may be requested)
Refunds will be prorated by full month, less an administration fee of $50.00
Example; Full membership paid $460. + $50. capital fund ($510)
Person wishes to withdraw on November 17.
Refund will be given for months of December through end of season
Refund would be 2/3 of $510 less $50 admin fee - refund = $290.
* Please note this policy comes into effect for the 2023 curling season. Prior refund policy allowed for no refunds past the first two weeks of the season.
